Hi Alex, I haven’t ever come across the balloon timer that you’re talking about and a quick google hasn’t found it. I did however find a very addictive balloon popping game at http://www.ninjakiwi.com/Games/Bloons-Games/Bloons.html
please may you find F timer which has a ballon and has pop at the end when time ranout
